I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the level of service that I received from the staff. They went over and beyond to make sure that I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my policy.   The staff at Brightway is second to none. Every time I walk into the office I'm greeted with prompt courteous service and a kind inviting smile. Their expertise is evident. You can see that Mr. Cole has gone to great lengths to hire a professional and highly knowledgeable staff... Unfortunately I've dealt with companies that do not appreciate or respect their customers.
