  Went into this bank at 1:45PM. Did not have a long wait. I was cashing in 10 savings bonds. Had done most of the written data on the back of each bond. Only had to sign and let the teller witness. After I did that and she verified she explained she needed to call an associate because she didn't know if she could do 10 bonds. I was told their policy is nine. The Manager came over and said that because I had 10 I would have to be helped by a loan officer and wait in thier "waiting area" or make an appointment If I didn't know better I think I was being discriminated against - all conversation between the Manager and the teller was in Spanish- the Manager was very abrupt with out much explanation. They basically said get your white ass out of here, don't come back, this is a Latino branch(in so many words). Will not return to this branch and will close out my excisting accounts. Very disappointing experience never knew BANK OF AMERICA to have that type of an attitude.
